Ferguson2Inc NFP was founded on a simple belief: every young person deserves a fair shot. We work alongside families to remove barriers, build skills, and create pathways to a better future.
From after-school programs to family resource navigation, our work is rooted in the community — because lasting change only comes from within.

Our flagship program connects youth ages 8–18 with mentors, academic support, and life skills training. We meet young people where they are and help them see where they can go.
