From after-school mentorship to family resource navigation, our programs are designed to meet real needs and create real change.
Ferguson2Inc NFP runs a suite of interconnected programs that address the full spectrum of challenges facing youth and families. Each program is community-designed, data-informed, and built for lasting outcomes — not just short-term relief.
Our flagship program connects youth ages 8–18 with dedicated mentors, academic tutoring, and life skills workshops. We partner with local schools to identify students who need support and match them with trained mentors from the community.
Families facing housing instability, food insecurity, or employment challenges are connected with a dedicated case navigator who helps them access resources, complete applications, and build a path toward stability. We remove the barriers that make getting help hard.
We provide job-readiness training, resume workshops, interview coaching, and direct employer connections for adults seeking stable employment. Our workforce program focuses on industries with real local demand and living-wage potential.
Strong communities are built through connection. We host neighborhood events, town halls, resource fairs, and celebrations that bring people together, build trust, and strengthen the social fabric of our community.
